Iron is back in our pastures for semi retirement.. we will have from time to time progeny and potentially bred females for sale. One of his female offspring we kept in our breeding program is the dam of the 2023 AOA Grey Fleece Color Champion.. AND she is Harlequin.. so we thought maybe we should eek a few more cria out.. inquiries welcome.

Lovely, fine, bright, crimped fleece with nice bundling and density on a correctly conformed large frame. Carlotta has found her calling in life as a "Mama", and is an easy breeder and a pleasant animal.
Her crias have been winners--her first (Chayo) has 2 Championships and numerous blue ribbons, and her second (Urubamba) took a blue ribbon his first time out in the ring!

Carlita is an adorable petite medium brown female, named for her dam who died when Carlita was just 2 months old. She was bottle supplemented and has done very well. Her sire, Neversummer's American Iron, is a multi-champion classic grey male and son of the great Aussie .38 Special. Her dam, Carlotta, was a lovely, good-natured fawn girl--all of her prior crias have grown up to win blue ribbons or to be champions; Carlotta's son Chayo is on our stud row!
Carlita has a nice straight top line, rich brown fleece with a medium amplitude crimp, and she is very feminine in appearance. I'd probably wait to breed her until Spring 2017, to let her finish growing. She does come with a free breeding to any of our males--I think she'd do fantastically well bred to our black multi-champ, Torrefacto or perhaps to our fawn champion Sun Tzu or Accoyo America Hawkeye.
