Koi is an beautiful guy. Out of one our very dense, and even in her teens, very impressive foundation females, Joanna, and our .38 son, Gael, Koi is the whole package from his regal (and flashy!) presence and typey conformation to his amazing fleece. We haven't had the opportunity to take him into the show ring as much as he should have but one look at him and his quality will speak for him! Summer has done well for us over the years. She is a grey eyed white out of a black female, produces black (as well as harlequin when bred to) and is a low maintenance girl and a phenomenal mother. At herd health time she will drop like a rock when she knows you are coming for her which makes shots easy but will spit if provoked! We have a need to downsize and Summer has not declined at all at her age (except for fleece quality, which is to be expected) so we are ok with selling her as a breeding female since we know she has plenty of years left. Express is an outstanding true black male with a stunning appearance about himself. He has proven himself to be a very good breeder and Champion producer. His daughter "MFM's MIKA" took the COLOR CHAMPION at the 2011 New England Alpaca Classic! The very first eye catcher is his typey head and macho look. His frame is very compact, giving him a good solid bone structure through out. Express was not introduced to the show ring until the age of 2 yrs. He then racked up a nice show record for himself with 9 Blue Ribbons and 2 Reds. He maintains a nice fleece character, and density. He is good natured, easy to handle and just a pleasure to have on our farm....
